Jacqueline Moody Payton MBA was born in Stann Creek District Belize. A retired banker/business consultant, she is married to Charles Payton Jr. (Also a Lay Minister) Currently Jackie serves as Lay Minister and Youth Chaplain for the Belmopan area.
